Trident Of Poseidon Pendant

Poseidon is the ancient Greek god of the sea, earthquakes and horses. He is one of the Olympian gods and the brother of Zeus and Hades. Commonly seen wielding his famous trident he is depicted as being unpredictable and sometimes wrathful and destructive, just as the oceans he rules over.

One of the most famous tales involving him was that he was attributed to the creation of horses. One version of the tale states that he fell in love with the goddess Demeter and to impress her he created the worlds most beautiful animal, the horse.    

This pendant is sized at 29x31mm with a bail able to fit a chain of a 4mm width.
